How accurate are the measurements, honestly?

Aerial takeoff on a clear, established roof lands within about 2% of on-roof measurement — the same band the aerial providers publish. Add the homeowner's four elevation photos and pitch stops being an assumption. Every number ships with a confidence score, and anything under your threshold is flagged rather than quietly averaged.

What happens when the imagery is bad?

Heavy tree cover, a new build, or a 2019 satellite pass all produce a low-confidence takeoff. VF Roof tells you instead of guessing: you can order a third-party report into the same estimate, trace it manually for free, or send the homeowner a guided photo link.

Will AI send a bad quote to my customer?
